Upgrading our entire server infrastructure recently to use Microsoft’s Hyper-V platform was a significant financial and operational decision.
IMEX implemented the new system efficiently, on time and within budget, and we have been able to reap all of the benefits that virtualisation brings, including its inherent scalability and flexibility.
IMEX have since been able to enhance the Hyper-V server solution by using a 3rd party application that replicates key parts of Squires’ server infrastructure to a DR site, giving us security and peace of mind.
We have had a long term relationship with IMEX and recently they managed a major upgrade to our IT systems which included procurement of the hardware & software licenses.
The support during the implementation of the project was first class, migration of products and services to the new servers appeared seamless, this kept down time to an absolute minimum.
The introduction of the new IT systems both internally and regionally has been well supported together with on-going monitoring of the systems remotely using a prepaid support contact that gives us the professional IT backup we need with the modern technology.

IMEX recently implemented a completely new IT infrastructure, including internet communications, server and workstations. Part of this implementation involved utilising virtualisation technology on both the new server and workstations to allow us to run our legacy accounts and production applications. IMEX also played a significant role in provisioning and implementing a new production application for us. ?Through the implementation of the new system, IMEX have given us confidence in our IT services, allowing us to significantly expand our use of IT across the company. The service we receive from IMEX is second to none. Our Server failed and our whole network went down. IMEX were able to have my business up and running normally again with a new server and all our files restored and backed up within days.
